Hi,
Is there a way to create a report showing change requests and the duration they were in each stage of the change process? - New, Assess, Authorized, Schedule etc.
TIA

HI @OllyTarry
Metrics is the one way to do , if you have PA module then it will be more easy.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @OllyTarry
Yes, as other has started, metrics is the way to go. Here you can group the metrics after change state and give you the desired result.
