Change State transition from Authorize to New Denied

Hi All,

I rejected the change request and it should go to New state from authorize but its throwing an error "Invalid state transition. Can not update from state 'Authorize' to state 'New' with given values". Does anybody has idea which script or business rule OOTB handles state transition of change when request is approved or rejected?

I think you are right, I tried in my PDI and it is by passing the Auth, state. Please log a Now Support case for this

I found my issue. For anyone else who might need information on where to look: my issue was because in our State Model, we had the New state only available to be entered from the Assess state. When I added the Authorize State to that state's Enter Condition, it worked as designed.
