Change the communication templates that appear in Major Incident Workbench based on priority

We have different communication templated for the Major Incident workbench, based on incident priority. When we go initially into the workbench, the template for the indicated incident priority appears. However, if the priority changes as the incident is worked, then both templates appear - for the original and modified priority.

Is there a way to get only the template for the updated priority to appear? Or, at the least, to have that displayed first, if I have to show them both?

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for-  but here is a screen shot of the communications tasks in the workbook after priority was changed from Sev 3 to Sev 2

bump - I have the same business need.  To change up what tasks show up on the screen in the workbench.
