Change the state from pending to work in progress if customer update the ticket

Change the Status from

 

Pending to Work In Progress if customer is updated the ticket (When Status Reason = Pending with Customer)

Hi @Adi MD 

 

Create a Business Rule on Update with Condition as below:

 

State = On Hold/Pending AND On Hold Reason = Pending with Customer AND Updated By is same as Caller

 

Action : State = Work in Progress

 

NOTE: No need of any script or advance option.
