Hi team,
we have record producer created in HRCase table.
But the scripting is done in a such a way that based on the choices selected record gets created in HRIT or HR payroll tables.
As per HI team, Predictive Intelligence was not predicting assignment groups because of this customization and asked to remove these scripts.
My question is will there be any impact if I update the record producer table from HRCase to HRIT?
TIA

Hi @si21
You can change the table however the below-mentioned configuration will break.
1. UI policies are written based on the template value.
2. Any CS or UI actions configured based on template value.
3. Reporting will be affected as the table is changing.
Please mark this as a solution of helpful if this resolves your query.
Thanks!

Hi @si21
On the native view, if you've created some field on the HR case table and have written some CS or UI Policies on the same table, it might get affected in that case.
Reporting will also be affected because for creating a report first we need to select the table and now you're changing the table so you have to update the table on the reporting as well.
Please mark this as a solution and helpful if this resolves your query.
Thanks!

It all depends on your customer requirement.
Better to have 2 record producers, 1 for HRIT and 1 for HR Payroll
This way you can use predictive intelligence as now individual records are generated
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
