Chat Notification Sound not playing

Hi All,

Can anyone advise why the Chat notification sound would not work? It is not related to hardware etc as this has been checked. I have checked everything I can think of in service now but can't get the notification to sound. This does not work for other users.

Hello Genette Wilde,

Go to your instance and click on Gear Icon which is to top right side in that go for "Notification" tab and go to Connect section and check if Audio is checked or not if not checked it and your issue will be solved.
