Hi Group,
We created a catalog item with checkboxes when we had CMS, when we migrated to SP we saw a change in alignment of the check boxes to 4 across. I have developed a new catalog item and I cannot seem to get the check boxes to align the same way. Does anyone know how to get them to align 4 across?

OK Team, found out how to put 4 checkboxes across, When you create the new container to house your checkboxes, select the "Type Specification" section and chage the layout to "2 columns wide, alternating sides". This will make your check box alignmen to be 4 across. NOTE: this also requires a split to have the layout below:

Hi Steven,
There is no way to align the checkboxes or any variables in 4 across layout in Service Portal. A maximum of 2 variables are allowed in one row.

HI Steven,
Unfortunately, this is expected behavior.
From Istanbul Patch 8 onwards, ServiceNow will only support the following specific aspects.
1) Two-column layouts.
2) Any support for Catalog Client Scripts or Catalog UI Policies would be similar to the mobile experience.
3) Containers and Variable sets within catalog forms will be translated back to the two-column layout.
For more information on this, please refer to KB: KB0610332 and also on the community article authored by our Service Portal Product Manager: https://community.servicenow.com/community/service-automation-platform/blog/2017/05/05/service-catal... (https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0610332)
From Istanbul Patch 8 onwards, in terms of variable layout these is what would be supported for all future Service Now releases. There will be no farther support on any layout given to Service Portal hence forth. Service Portal will never support nested two column layout. Please note there there might be re-designing the current Service Catalog Item to take full advantage of the new portal layout architecture.
