Hi Expert!!

Thanks in advance.

I am handling a lot of Service Now incidents.

When I try to add child incidents to a parent, I am using filters On the page where you can add filters, I am thrown back to the overview page of the parent incident.

Steps to reproduce

Go to parent incident, scroll down to child incidents, click edit button, click and filter, add short_description, add contains, add filter string click run filter most of the time I am redirected at these steps already, sometimes the incidents are show, which match on the filter and when try to select Them i am throw back error back then.

That scenario is making SNOW impossible to work with

No , I am not getting any error, I only kicked of from that child page, and i redirect to parent form incident  page

Is this happening always or intermittently?

for admins or non-admins?

Did you try to add only 1 record in that slush bucket?

1)it happens not always, but way to often to accept that behaviour

2)non admin

3)I also get thrown back to the parent before I can add an incident

so yeah I also tried just adding one, but happens independent to the number of childs I want to add

try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login

if still persists raise HI ticket with ServiceNow.
