choice list not visible in Agent workspace

Team,

 

We are facing an issue where in on the Native UI form Layout the choice list field shows the choice list 

but the same field on agent workspace does not allow to select the choices on new request created on workspace.

When this happened to me, it turned out to be that a dependent field was not populated in the table for all records. The dependency doesn't necessarily have to be one of the columns that displays in the select list either. For example: in your Target Audience table, if there is a column labeled "Student type" and all of the fields for that column are not populated, and there happens to be a dependency on that field, then the select list will be empty. If one out of a thousand records was populated, that would be the only item in the list.

yes, we caught this issue while doing ATF scripting, involved servicenow and they i think said it will be fixed in upcoming releases
