Clicking the critical notify button is not working in Service Operations Workspace

Hi Team,

Clicking the critical notify button on the change request record is not working in SOW where as it is working in classic view. Could you please help me with this. Please find the attached image.

• Ensure  "Client" checkbox is checked if  action needs to run on the client side.

• Validate Workspace section.

• Ensure  "Workspace form button" to show it as a button in SOW.

• Ensure "Format for configurable workspace"  is checked

• Also  check "Workspace form menu" if you want it in the menu too.
