Closing a major incident

Hi All,

As per OOTB Auto Close BR, the major incidents will not be auto close. Do we need to set state to closed as MIM manager?. How OOTB functionality set a major incident's state to Closed after it is resolved?

Major incident manager closes the major incident manually.

Thank you, I have checked the same before posting the same. so, major incidents has to be closed manually and auto close will not be applicable?
