Hi Santhosh,

It is relationship level. You can change the relationship level by changing the below setting.

find_real_file.png

For explanation, A is a Business Application which is directly connected to Windows Server B and Server B is related to Database Instance C. In this case if you open Business application CI (A), It will show relationship like this below

L1] B                                 - A is directly related to B

L2] [C] -->B           - A is related to C but in between it is related to B also.

I hope this explains your question.

Vivek

Hi Santosh,

It shows the relationship level of that particular Configuration Items, It specifies the maximum level for displaying CIs in flat view before reaching the maximum relations limit. The default value is 5.

glide.ui.max_relation_levelsSpecifies the maximum level for displaying CIs in flat view before reaching the maximum relations limit. The default value is 5.

Hi Shishir,

Hi Santosh,

If you click on Gear Icon on Related Items, it will allow you to select the Filter relation By Max Level.find_real_file.png

find_real_file.png

That indicates MAX hierarchy levels of CIs .

Filter Relations by Max LevelSelect the number of levels in the hierarchy to include when displaying CIs in a flat view.

If Level 1 is selected then it will show the Relationship Type relation by Max 1 level and so on of that CIs.
