collaboration menu is missing

I need to configure connect in service portal. for that I need to create queue under Collaboration -> administration -> queues.

 

collaboration menu is missing in my instance. Please let me know what is the issue.

You need any of the following roles to view it. "admin, connect_support_admin, chat_admin"

I have the role admin. Collaboration modules also not available in instance.

 

Click on pencil icon and it will open application menu and scroll down to the bottom of the form and open it and check whether those modules are active or anything was specified

I am trying to configure connect chat in service portal and I am getting below error when I click on connect widget.

I have configured queue also as shown in 2nd screen shot. widget properties are in 3rd screen shot.

I am not sure why it is not working. In service now docs mentioned as The name of the queue you want the questions to be directed to. You can find a list of queue names in Collaborate > Connect Support > Queues.

Now I am not able to see Collaborate -> connect Support -> Queues in my London instance
