Hello @Priyansh_98

Greetings!

Make sure you have language plugins and localization frame work enabled.

You can automatically create translation tasks for languages you want from Knowledge base.

If you don't want automatic tasks, you will get translation button on kb articles (if you have plugin and framework enavled)

can you please suggest how I can fix this?

thanks...

Hi @Priyansh_98 ,

I received the same error. Make sure that you add in the Languages for ALL of the published articles in the knowledge base. I received the same error when I selected only 'French', 'Spanish', & 'Chinese'. But because I had published articles in other Languages, I had to include all of them for it to save correctly. Now I create Translation Tasks for _all_ the languages, but we only assign the three supported languages. It does not seem the tool is dynamic enough to do automatic Translation Tasks for only one language.

Hope this helps. Thanks~!
