collaboration menu is missing

I need to configure connect in service portal. for that I need to create queue under Collaboration -> administration -> queues.

 

collaboration menu is missing in my instance. Please let me know what is the issue.

Same situation here.  

Using Madrid, on our non-prod instance.  Collaboration + all Connect plugins are active.  The Collaboration module is not present on the instance.  I have admin role.  All I see on the instance is "collaborate", but not "Collaboration".  

Wondering if there's something that needs to be changed with regard to legacy chat vs. support chat

I had got same problem in my Orlando version.

Then I have installed Collboration plugin and it worked for me

can you check if "glide.connect.support.enabled" system property is set to "True"?

If you are looking for the collaboration application menu, this comes from another plugin: Glide Conversation Server (com.glide.cs)

 

If that is installed you should see the collaboration menu.
