Column search functionality not working properly

Hi All,
1] We have Special Handling notes table. On list view we have one column called 'Related Record' and it is a reference to the  Account table.

2] The issue is when we try to search any account name e.g. *XYX_account_name from list, it didn't return any result.It shows no records.but records are present for this account.

What will be the reason and how to fix this.

 I can search through sys id but want to confirm if there is any other user-friendly way to fix this

@Sonu Parab It's the Tool behavior, So I don't think we have any other option to search it through the string.
