Hi All - We recently upgraded to Vancouver, we are using agent workspace in previous versions.
How can we configure Service Operations Workspace for incident and Service Catalog management.
Thanks,

Hi @pramodkumar
basically, the documentation page https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-it-service-management/page/product/service-operations-w... is your starting point for using the Service Operations Workspace.
But I'm not sure what you mean with "Service Catalog Management" as Workspaces are intended to support the work of fulfillers (agents). With the SOW you will not be able to manage your catalogs and catalog items. These actions have to be performed in the classic UI or with the help of the Catalog Builder.
On the following two pages, I have collected many links to resources for these two topics:

Hi Maik - when I say service catalogs, I am referring to catalog tasks which are fulfilled by ITIL users

Hi @pramodkumar
okay, catalog tasks can be processed in the SOW without any further configurations.

Hi @pramodkumar
Within OOTB, there're available lists for Requests, Requested Items and Catalog Tasks in SOW.
Can you specify what modifications or configurations you are looking to make in addition to the OOTB settings?
Cheers,
Tai Vu
