Conflict status and conflict last run field not get updated even after execution of schedule job.

I have enabled the property 'change.conflict.refresh.scheduled' to detect conflict only when schedule job is run .

But when the schedule job is executed then only the 'Conflict' Tab section  gets updated with the list of conflicting CIs, but Conflict status and conflict last run field is not updated.

How can I fix this? Can somebody Please help !!

Does anyone have update on this!!

Hello,

 

There must be an  action under your change_request named "Check confict" ,click on that these fileds will be updated.

That is a manual process , I want that to be automated from schedule job.

Can you please tell me which scheduled job is executing for this as I am not able to find any scheduled job?
