Cool Clock Widget Not Rendering / Resizing on PA Dashboard

Hello

We have the cool clock widget on one of our dashboards (ITIL view).

The issue we are facing is it doesn't seem to render / auto-resize when we try to make it smaller, instead ot covers up the clocks. 

How can I get this to auto-resize like the report widgets do?
