I need to copy a large set of Catalog Items from one instance to another. What is the best way to do that nowadays and also include related Flow, Workflow, User Criteria, Scripts and so.
What is the best way to do so now in 2025?
Kind regards
/Henrik

If you open a new update set, you can go make a small change to each record that you want to capture, and it will capture the whole record. As long as the records aren't Data (users, groups, etc) making a small change (deactivate, then activate for example) will capture that record to your update set. Same thing with the Flows, just go and make a small change in the flow and save it, that will capture the whole thing into your update set.

The old instnace had some UI Action to Export Catalog Items and that didn't catch all related records. But as you said, creating an UpdateSet and just going into list of catalog items and marking the checkbox on the left side and then select Add to UpdateSet in the drop-down meny was all that was needed.
Honestly I wasn't sure that was would do the trick even though I've used Add to UpdateSet lots of times. 🙂
Thanks bout h of you!
