Hi All,

I have created a new catalog item with some variables, I am able to create RITM request successfully the ask here can anyone help me on how carry forward the variables from RITM request to all the catalog tasks created inside RITM.

All the variables created are global and are mapped to the field.

Hi Bhuvanesh,

In workflow, in task activities you created for the catalog item just follow below instruction

Go to the bottom of catalog task activity, you will find a slush bucket. From there, you can bring the required variables to right bucket and save the activities and publish the workflow.

Create a new request and you will be able to see all the variables (if there is no UI policy/Client script for hiding them on task).

Hi,

You need to add the variable to those tasks where you need them, you will find a slush bucket at the end, in workflow(in Create a Task activity) or a Flow(in Create Catalog task step)

Making the service catalog variable global (item_option_new.global = true) will show the variable on all SCTASKs, even if it is not selected in the slush bucket.

The Variable Editor formatter must be on the SCTASK form.
