access to tickets in esc for users selected in multirow variable

We have a multirow variable called 'required users'. Requirement is who so ever added in that can able to read that specific ticket in the portal. Please help us with that configuration.

Hi @Balakrishna_ABK ,

You can get all users names from MRVS rows and add them in ticket watch list fields. if your requirement is to add 'required users' to  then Instead of MRVS you can add list type variable on catalog form and add those users to watch list after record got created. watch list users will be able to read the ticket as requester.
