Copy users selected in list collector to another variable to select further

Hi , Need help here.
I have two variables in cat item,
1. Name of users for the initial app deployment - (list collector refers to sys_user table)
2. Nominated UAT Testers - list collector (made visible only on task view)
Can we set Nominated UAT Testers - with only the users that have already been added to "Name of users for the initial app deployment?" to select??

Requirement is to keep the filed type as list collector/ if that does not work at least we can go for reference.
