Hi forum members.
I am planning to use REST API to create a ticket in ServiceNow when an event occurs in a 3rd party application. I will get a username/password from the customer using ServiceNow to use in the integration.
Is there any license I need buy to use the REST API in a production environment?

Hi Sebastian,
As per my understanding there is no restriction on the number of times REST API of ServiceNow can be called from 3rd party application also no license fee involved.
But you can get this thing confirmed with your ServiceNow Account Manager of your company
