Which courses or certifications should I learn related to Generative AI or ML?

From what I have gathered, there are no mainline exams in the Generative AI space so far for Servicenow. I have found the few labs helpful in nowlearning and utilizing the resources below.

There are no direct courses for Generative AI or ML, it is just related to process like Now Assist, AI search etc. You will have no visibility to backend things here.

Hi @Mahesh S, 

AI, ML, Deep Learing, Gen AI ..... etc, all are new technologies and there are many online portals where you can learn these courses/topics, almost every big IT gaint has such topics/courses on these technologies/future technologies. 

So learn these topic as a core and then related your learning/understaning while working, ServiceNow also has some courses over GenAI/NowAssist, you can go through based on your work need.
