create a change calendar

can I manually create a change calendar that includes blackout dates, project go-live dates, etc...?

Under the Change Management application you will find a Scheduled section where you can create schedule definitions and view those. You can configure them to include additional data within the view. More details can be found on docs:

Thanks. I'm just not seeing how I can create a calendar view. I can create all these individual schedules and things but I don't ever see them on a single calendar. I want to look at a month and see that this weekend we have a system refresh, next week is a change freeze due to quarter close, the following weekend is a holiday weekend but I can see that there is a project scheduled to go live.
Seems like it should be a simple thing.
