I have created a new change model with all state transitions and conditions successfully. However, I don't see flows created for this new model. Do I need to create flows for new model explicitly. I was thinking it would be created automatically with the creation of new change model.

Hi @Wirasat ,
You do need to create the flow seperately for new change model. If the process are somewhat similar to existing change model then u can better copy the existing flow of normal or expedited or standard one & then make necessary changes wherever required.
Remember to change the condition for trigger of workflow as per new change model.
Thanks,
Danish

Hi @Wirasat
Even tough you already accepted the solution and my thoughts inline with @Danish Bhairag2 . You need to create the flow separately for change model. You can have look OOTB Change model and associated flow as well.
