Create knowledge from incident

Hello,

 

Please tell me how to display the Knowledge [kb_knowledge] table without using a template when creating knowledge from an incident.

 

When I click on the UI action, a new form appears below, but there are not enough fields.

The fields in the default view of the Incident-KCS article - HTML [kb_template_incident_kcs_article_html] table, Incident-KCS article - HTML section, needed to be changed.

Hi @Saeka ,

Seems like you need more fields on the form when you click on Create Knowledge button for that, You need to goto the kb_article table and add the required fields in workspace view. As it is workspace so whatever fields you added in that workspace view will get displayed here.
