Hi All,
Hope you're doing well.
I have been recently facing an issue with Create New Change which leads to a Blank White page.
Going into All and then clicking on the New on the header works fine. This is only observed with Change Module. The URL it has is https://instance.service-now.com/wizard_view.do?sysparm_parent=Change%20Request%20Models
where instance is company instance name.
Other modules Create New works fine.
I tried opening Create new in the same tab and also with a new tab(Ctrl+Click)
Same issue is observed in lower environments as well. Not sure if this is with Quebec release. I think I have been seeing this for more than 15 days now. Please suggest.

Hi,
Here is what I have in my PDI Quebec for "Create New" under Change module
if you require interceptor then add this in URL from Arguments
new_change_redirect.do

Hi,
Did you upgrade 15 days ago?
was this working fine prior to upgrade?
If you have another instance on lower instance you can update the module and test once

Yes, It was working fine before. Lower environments have the same issue.
