I have enabled "Reminders" within an Incident by doing the following.
This is all out of the box - no manipulation and we are on Fuji.
Added the "Follow up" field to the Incident form
Enabled "Reminder --> Task" as a Related List to the Incident
When I click "New" I get the following form. When testing in my dev environment all works as it should - email reminder is sent based on the date/time in the "Follow up" field.
Now, my questions is, I have the "New" button available to me because I am an admin. What role/module do I need to give my user/group community to allow them to create a "New" reminder?
Thanks a lot,
Matt

Hi Matt,
Could you show me the steps on how you actually created this?
I would like to replicate this on my end.
(I am new to ServiceNow and I am trying to learn some stuff)
Regards,
Gaurav Choudhury.

Hi Gaurav - my steps were already described above but I'll try to clarify them here for you. (We are on Fuji)
1. On an incident form, right click the header and select Configure-Form Layout and then add the Follow up field to the form.
2. Right click the header again and select Configure-Related Lists. Add Reminder->Task to the list
3. Go to the Reminders list, right click on the list header and select List Control. Add the appropriate role to the New and Edit options
4. For the next step, you need to elevate your privileges to Security Admin by clicking on the Lock icon next to your name in the SN banner and selecting security_admin. If you're not an Admin on the instance, you will not have that option.
5. Go to System Security-Access Control (ACL)
6. If there are no Reminder ACL (there were none for me), create 3 for Create, Read and Write similar to what I have below.
Hope that helps.

Hi Sharon,
There is one more option in Using field - 'Outlook Calendar', did you test this one? Do you have any idea what is the difference between 'Send an email' and 'Outlook Calender' options?
Thanks,
Prajakta

Hi Sharon,
I figured it out Since I was testing on dev and the email sending was disabled, I wasnt getting the reminder on outlook. But I got it now.
Thanks,
