Create Reports for incident tickets

Hello,
I need to create reports for incident tickets, Below are the reports i need to create.
1)Average number of INC closed (weekly,monthly vs last year same period)
2)Percentage of ticket 1st time resovled (weekly monthly vs same period last year
3)Percentage/number of active tickets monthly
4)Average number of ticket assigned (weekly, monthly vs lat year same period)
5)Percentage of ticket resolved SLA met/breached (weekly,monthly vs last year same period)
6)Percentage /number of tickets resolved vs cancelled (monthly group bt percentage)
Can anyone help how to achieve this requirement, as i am new to this reports

Hello,
I don't think you can have it in 1 report instead what you can do it create three separate reports for
Average number of INC closed (weekly)
Average number of INC closed (monthly)
Average number of INC closed (yearly)
And the place the three reports on a dashboard one beside the other you will be able to compare them then, similarly you need to do it for the others as well.

Average number of INC closed (yearly)

Hello,
Navigate to Reports:-
Then in data select the below information:-
Then click on next in Type select the single score
Then click on next in configure keep the aggregate as count
The put the condition closed on last 7 days:-
and then click on Run:-
You will have the count:-
Then save the report using the save button the top.
Now you can create the other reports as well using the same just changing the filter
