Create Reports for incident tickets

Hello,

I need to create reports for incident tickets, Below are the reports i need to create.

1)Average number of INC closed (weekly,monthly vs last year same period)

2)Percentage of ticket 1st time resovled (weekly monthly vs same period last year

3)Percentage/number of active tickets monthly

4)Average number of ticket assigned (weekly, monthly vs lat year same period)

5)Percentage of ticket resolved SLA met/breached (weekly,monthly vs last year same period)

6)Percentage /number of tickets resolved vs cancelled (monthly group bt percentage)

 

Can anyone help how to achieve this requirement, as i am new to this reports

Can you please let me know how to calculate average count in reports for this year and last year

Thanks for your solution but we are expecting average counts for  weekly,monthly vs last year same period

1)Average number of INC closed (weekly,monthly vs last year same period)

2)Average number of ticket assigned (weekly, monthly vs last year same period) 

(For example: last year september we got 50 tickets and this year september we got 40 tickets

we need average tickets count for this year september in comparision with last year september)
