Created field being shown in reference field on Service Portal

Hello everyone,

I am stuck on one issue I have referenced a table on Business Area variable and instead of listing the table records its showing created field as well.

I want to get RID off.

You should have a field which has display checked. And that field will show up. Otherwise by default it will show the Created date

you need to modify list view of table. Make sure you modify portal or mobile view.

list layout have only three field which does not include created date.

check display on name or field you want it to display.

The table Business Area variable pointing to, can you check if it has the display attribute set for one of the fields. Otherwise it will show the created date as display value
