Creating a folder for the knowledge base articles

Hi All,

Need your help to achieve the below snapshot requirement in knowledge article and provide solution for the same.

Hi @Radhika devi ,

You cannot create Folders unfortunately.

I want to have that + symbol at the bottom of categories in knowledge articles homepage and when we click that + symbol, it should allow to create a folder and a sub folder inside the folder following a hierarchy.

Hi @Radhika devi 

 

if you have knowledge_admin, knowledge_manager, CanContribute access to the knowledge base then open the required knowledge base and check the related list. 

 

In related lists you will find Knowledge Categories and click New, fill the details and submit the form. Repeat the same for as many categories you need under the same knowledge base

That's for creating categories, but what i read from the question from @Radhika devi  is to create folders, which is not possible, i believe .
