Go to custom application in studio -> Update set -> Create a new update set.

Go to custom application in studio -> Deployment and open the application and select App Settings and related links [wheel cog] -> Publish to update set

Export and import the update set in your second PDI.

yes it's possible to migrate custom app from 1 PDI to another.

1) Publish the app to update set, this update set you can export and then import in other PDI in retrieved Update set

Detailed steps here

Publish an application to an Update Set

When you open that application record, you see Related link "Publish to Update Set"

When you use that all your application files for that scoped app are pushed to update set and 1 single large update set is created.

You can export that as XML and then in target instance go to retrieved update set and import this XML, preview and commit.

You can move a custom app via an Update Set. I did the same in my PDI and moved it to another PDI later.

When you start building the custom app, an Update Set is created automatically. You can then complete the app development and move the Update Set to the next instance.

Hi @tushar_ghadage

Custom applications cannot be moved from one PDI to another as published.
You can only move them using Update Sets, but you cannot publish custom apps in a PDI.
