Hi All,
I created some custom ticket filters. All admins are able to see this, unfortunately, anyone with the itil role cannot. This was a global change. Is there a way to ensure everyone can see these?
What I and other admins can see:
What someone with the itil role can see:

Hi @dmarinos ,
So, there is no definition for whom this should be visible.
Navigate to, sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list.LIST and create a new record.
With lists My Incidents and Applicability SOW ITIL Audience.
Since now roles are defined, you will be seeing it as ITIL user.
Newly created record, in the sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list.LIST
This can help you to see the List as ITIL user.
If this information helps you, kindly mark it as Helpful and Accept the solution.
Regards,
Najmuddin.

Hi @dmarinos ,
From the application navigator, type sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list.LIST, where you all the Lists(custom filter) and the Applicability of the list.
Type the list category name in the List and check the applicability(which define the roles).
If this information helps you, kindly mark this post as Helpful and Accept the solution.

Thank you for your response!
Here is where I created the lists, you can see the -TEST added to clearly
In each of these, I created the UX List associated with these (Located in the Default- SOW
In the list that you provided; I don't see the -TEST anywhere.
I am happy to also recreate this as long as it will become a global change for anyone in the ITIL role.
