Hi,
We have set up a custom URL to access the ServiceNow instance. Since yesterday's custom URL is not working, it shows SSL certification is expired.
I checked X.509 Certificates but couldn't find any expired certifications.
Can anyone help me to fix this issue? How to renew this certification or get a new SSL from lets encrypt.

Hi
ServiceNow is requesting the Let's Encrypt certificate for you and therefore you should reaise a ticket in the Support portal.

I already raised a ticket to ServiceNow support, and they said I need to check this internally.

Hi
as you did not provide all relevant information I cannot answer better.
But on page https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0960602 there is knowledge article "KB0678092: Custom url certificate renewal" mentioned I cannot open. So ask ServiceNow to provide that article.
