Custom URL to the Portal by replacing instance name

Hi all,

Is there a way we can use a custom URL to replace the instance name for our new portal? For example, if the current portal URL is:

https://instance-name.service-now.com/service_portal

Can we change it to a custom URL like:

https://supportIT.service-now.com/service_portal
