Customization of Project Status Portal in PPM

Hello All,

There are default columns in the project status portal like Number, Short Description, Manager, Portfolio, Percent Complete, Planned Start Date, Planned End Date, Overall Status. If I want to add the new columns or the customized columns in the project status portal. What is the process? How can I do that?

we also had similar issue and reported this to HI support.


They have said, they have created internal problem task and will update us once it is resolved..


I believe this is product bug and service should have an workaround for this issue.

You first need to define the available fields before you can add them to the JSON. This is pretty well documented in the official Jakarta Documentation:

Hi,


I have added field called - "phase" both in JSON and as well as in the planning console (Projects > Settings > Planning Console.) , but still its not visible.


Any thing i am missing?

I have the same question to add a field Description to the Project Status Portal.

I added into the planning console and inserted to JSON. But it does not show on Project Status Portal.

How is it that this was "well documented" way back in Jakarta but I can nary find a reference to the project status portal in the Rome release? This seems broken somehow.

 

Can someone point me to the documentation for customizing the project status portal?
