Dashboard Interactive Filters

Hi everyone,

I am working on a ServiceNow dashboard where I have multiple Interactive Filters. One of my filters is Product (Reference: cmdb_model) and I would like another interactive filter to depend on the value selected in the Product filter.

Example scenario:

  • Filter 1: Product [cmdb_model]

  • Filter 2: Another field (for example: Account etc.)

My requirement is that when a user selects a Product, the second filter should only display the corresponding accounts related to that selected Product (similar to cascading filters).

 

Any guidance or best practices would be really helpful.

This is where you should utilize cascading filters.
