Dashboard Sharing Option Not Visible for User

Hi Community,

 

One of our users has the following roles assigned: ITIL role, Report Admin, Report User, and Report Group roles. However, they are unable to find the Share option to share the dashboard with others.

Interestingly, another user with the same set of roles is able to share the dashboard without any issues.

Can anyone please advise on what steps we should take to resolve this? @Ankur Bawiskar

@tulasi8 I believe you need to check system property "glide.cms.share_dashboards.role"

The dashboard owner can share the reports with anyone. Can you please check who the owner is and share the report from that user?

@PrashantLearnIT owner itself shared the dashboard to another user , but this another user can't share the dashboard to others

Correct — only the owner of the dashboard can share it. Other users with whom the dashboard has been shared do not have permission to share it further.
