Data Source - Connection URL

I am going to create Data Source to import data file and File retrieval method: is attachment. My instance is in Aspen. My question is do I must specify "Connection URL" like

attachment://sys_data_source:695722d90a0a3c6c01d74f3594ee75d9/group.xls

I have been worked data source with File retrieval method: is attachment in Berlin, but I never use connection URL

I have attached sample file for your reference.

I will be appreciate your feedback

The connection URL automatically fills in when you add a new attachment to a datasource. It appears that your datasource is configured correctly.
