Hi All,
There is one SLA schedule - 3:30 AM EST To 6:00 AM EST.
SLA schedule is not shifting to 1 hour in day-light saving , SLA should start @ 4:30 EST to 7 AM EST.
Do I need to create 2 schedules for such cases , and need to change it accordingly in day light savings ?
How to correct it ?

I believe you can use a unique schedule with the GMT time zone in order to get this behavior.
See from the doc article named Time Zones:
Daylight Saving Time
If a time zone is specified based on location (for example, America/Los Angeles), times will automatically be adjusted for daylight saving time. If a time zone is specified based on the name of a time zone (for example, GMT), it will not adjust.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Loris
