Deleted variables accidentally, due to this variables and variable values are lost in RITMs

Hi, we have one variable set with 7 variables, in those 7 variables, we need only 5 variables as separate variable set so we deleted those 5 variables from existing variable set and created a variable set with those 5 variables again and used in different items due to this, the deleted variables are lost in the existing RITMs, we want those variables again with variable values in the RITMs as previous. please help us on how to revert those back with data

" Note: If someone manually deletes a field and there is attached data associated with that field, contact Technical Support."
In this case there is data associated with the field, it's the values filled in on the old RITM records. So No, only option is to contact support.
