dumb question: on the two step popup for Service Catalog requests (in this case from Service Portal) there are a few fields available to be edited: Requested For, Delivery Information and Special instructions.
where does Delivery Information and Special Instructions map to on the Req/RITM/SCTASKs? i looked in our company instance and developer sandbox and am somehow missing where these map to.

Hi Les,
You will be able to find it or use it on Requests, Requested items and also on catalog tasks.
If you are not seeing it on your company instance and you wish to see it then you can click on header --> configure --> form layout and there you can search for Requests
next, you can find the delivery address and special instruction and simply move it to the selected list from the available list and save it.

These field are on the sc_request table. So from the SCTASKs you can add it to the form layout by going to request item expand it and then look for request and then expand that. So at the top of your available selections should look like the screenshot below. Then you will be able to add the fields from the request table.
