Hi everyone!
I use a demo instance to customaze it a bit for my own demonstration purposes.
I just removed all Incidents from the table and started creating my own ones. What I noticed - there is something wrong with date and time in fields like Opened, Created, Resolved. The date of creation, resolving is never goes beyond 24 hours. As the example there is a pic from a demo instance with demo data and its like 1 month old instance but incidents are created resolved a day ago.
Any idea how ti rid of it? Thanks.

Hi Artem, if you right click on the header menu of your list (in the top part of the screenshot that you pasted), you will see the option Configure >> List Layout. Over there you can remove the fields from the list view.

Hi Artem,
You have to change the date settings for this.
Click on the settings near the Logout button, and you you can see the Label "Date/Time" and you have 3 option calendar,timeago and both, you should select the calendar option and turn off the compact list date/time

Hello,
thank you for replies but the issue is in the other thing.
1. Demo instance (Pic1) is out of box was loaded month ago and what we see that - opened an incident 5 hours ago (2015-07-05 18:44:27). In fact if you open the incident form you will find like at the pic2 - opened time is the same as I said above (2015-07-05 18:44:27), but how come in was comented on the 2015-07-01 18:44:27 which is 5 days before it was opened and SLA start time (test SLA) is 2015-06-21 18:44:27 (which is 14 days before the incident was open and thats a real time coz I made this SLA by myself).
2. Pic3 also from a demo instance but it was changed by me pretty much and incident records are kind of real cases from real life (thatswhy I used blue pen to remove names) and what we can see - the incident WILL be opened in 7 hours (2015-07-06 01:21:02). If you open the incident form we find: INC0011161 opened 2015-07-06 01:21:02 which is FUTURE, first record in the Activity is on 2015-07-04 01:21:02 (1 day ago from now), SLA started 2015-07-04 01:21:02 also 1 day ago.
Question. What chages fields Opened, Created, Resolved (maybe more fields)? Why does it heppen and how to rid of (switch off) those kind of changes done by the system?
