Deployment/Implementation plan for ITSM module

Hello Experts,

We will be deploying new ServiceNow (ITSM module) environment to Production in few weeks. Customer asked us to provide an implementation/deployment plan, which covers all the activities pre-deployment (day-by-day), during deployment (hour-by-hour) and post deployment (day-by-day).

Is there any template available for ITSM deployment/implementation plan or can you please provide any high level activities that covers my request (pre-deployment (day-by-day), during deployment (hour-by-hour) and post deployment (day-by-day).)
