What's the difference between Consumable Assets and Non-Consumable Assets ?   And between In Use and Consumed Assets?

Hi Danish,

You can read more about consumable assets on the Documentation site.

"Consumables are assets that are not tracked individually, but as a group of the same model. Some common consumable assets include computer mice, computer keyboards, and pencils. "

In Use means it is actively being used, and Consumed means it is no longer being used.

What could be the example of non-consumable asset?

Non-conusmable assets are assets you want to keep track of. Laptops, servers, network gear, etc.

I usually view it as non-consumable assets have an Asset tag. Consumables are items that don't need an asset tag because they don't need to be tracked, like a mouse or keyboard. Consumables are usually inexpensive.

Thank You So Much Paul.
