Using the CHG (change) record in the Agile Development Module

Good afternoon! Our organization is looking for another customer that has successfully integrated the change management workflow with the Agile Development module. What we'd like to do is have the Story records be associated with a Change record. This way they go to the weekly CAB review sessions we do. Right now we have only a few Scrum teams and everyone else using standard ITIL Incident Management. We'd like to have our Scrum team changes integrated for the change portion - at least for the review at CAB.

Dear Anthony,
Stories can be associated with Change Requests, and this is possible.
However, It is a best practice to have only 1 meeting or ceremony to avoid ambiguity of status on Change Request (CAB) / Story ( Daily Scrum).

Thanks Satish. We are now trying to accomplish this Story associated with Change record step. Would you be willing to share how this is done in ServiceNow? Could you point us to a resource to learn the implementation steps?
