In the world of SN, what is the fundamental difference between Task and Action tickets?

Can you please elaborate further on what you mean by Action ticket.


After doing a bit of research it seems that my company is using TASK prefix for any tasks associated with a service requests and TKT prefix for any tasks associated with an incident.
